Patix Games ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile game Car Sort Jam (the "Game").
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the Game, how it is used, how it may be shared, and what choices you have. The Game does not require you to create an account.

Depending on your choices, device settings, region, and the features available in the Game, we and our service providers may collect or receive the following types of information:

- Purchase information, such as purchased item identifiers, purchase status, transaction status, and other information provided by Google Play Billing.
- Approximate location, such as country or region, usually derived from your IP address.
- Consent choices, such as advertising consent and analytics consent choices.
We do not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, photos, messages, health data, government identification numbers, or full payment card details.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Game.
- Save, restore, and manage game progress and purchased content.
- Improve gameplay, balance levels, fix bugs, and optimize performance.
- Show ads when advertising is enabled and permitted.
- Measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and comply with advertising platform requirements.
- Analyze how users interact with the Game, if analytics collection is enabled.
- Diagnose crashes and technical problems, if diagnostics collection is enabled.
- Process in-app purchases through Google Play.

Advertising and Consent
The Game may display ads provided by third-party advertising networks.
In regions where consent is required, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the Game may ask for advertising consent through Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) or another consent management solution. If advertising consent is not available or ads cannot be requested under the applicable consent status, the Game is designed not to initialize or request ads for that session.
You may be able to change advertising privacy choices from the Game's privacy options screen when such options are required and available. You may also limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
Advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, ad interaction data, and other technical data to provide ads, measure ads, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Analytics and Diagnostics
The Game may ask separately whether you agree to analytics and diagnostic data collection.
If you do not agree, the Game is designed not to send gameplay analytics events. If you agree, analytics may be used to understand gameplay behavior, improve levels, fix issues, and improve the Game.
Crash and diagnostic reporting may be used to detect and fix technical issues. Diagnostic data may include device information, app version, crash traces, error information, and technical logs.
In-App Purchases
If you make an in-app purchase, payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Google Play may provide us with limited purchase-related information, such as purchased item identifiers, purchase status, and transaction status, so that we can unlock purchased content and manage purchases.
Third-Party Services
The Game may use the following third-party services:
- Google Play Services and Google Play Billing - platform services and in-app purchases.
- Google AdMob - advertising.
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) - advertising consent management.
- Unity LevelPlay / ironSource - advertising mediation and ad delivery.
- Firebase Analytics - analytics, if enabled.
- Firebase Crashlytics - crash and diagnostic reporting, if enabled.
- ipinfo.io - approximate country or region detection from IP address for advertising consent and regional ad handling.
These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies and terms. Their processing may include device information, identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, usage data, ad interaction data, purchase-related data, crash data, and diagnostic data.
Data Sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us operate, analyze, monetize, secure, and improve the Game.
- Advertising and ad mediation partners.
- Analytics and diagnostics providers.
- Platform providers, such as Google Play.

Local game progress and settings may be stored on your device. You can delete local app data by clearing the Game's data in your device settings or uninstalling the Game.
Analytics, advertising, purchase, and diagnostic data may be retained by third-party providers according to their own retention policies. You can contact us to request deletion or further information, and we will take reasonable steps to assist where we can.
The Game does not currently provide user accounts.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Game is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required by applicable law in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
